Which plan will best suit our needs?

It depends on the size of your organization. If your concern was started recently with small investment we would recommend silver plan for you, as it provides a three user license. Such a license authorizes three staff members to use the software.

If your enterprise is substantially large and growing at a faster pace, you may opt for Gold or Silver packages, as a busy organization will be employing atleast ten staff who are busy interacting with clients.

How to avail your service ?

We don't sell the software, rather provide service through SAAS concept. Through the order form you may evince your interest in our services and indicate your credit card type and number. We will create a fresh account for you with a username and password. A separate database will be allocated for you. A copy of code will be replicated for you.

Regarding upgrading my current plan ?

You may continue renewing the license for every month or avail rebates(discount) by placing an order for bulk license for 3 months or 10 months. It is possible to switch over to a new plan before the expiry of current plan.

Could you throw more light on the usage of trial account ?

In case of trial account, you will be permitted to use the software for a period of 30 days. Just fill a form specifying basic details. You will be selecting your own username and password for the account. After signing up, you will be receiving a confirmation mail with a randomly generated verification code to the email address that you have specified. You have to click the link sent with the mail, to activate your account. On clicking the link, you will be prompted to enter the verification code sent. Now you are ready to try the software.

How will AJ Help Desk software help us in interacting with clients

There is a provision for sending newsletters to your clients. Apart from that, there is a forum which authorizes registered users to post their comments. The users are allowed to post in the public section of forum and can just view the postings in case of moderate access permission.
